State and local officials said they are working on a plan to flush and disinfect the water system. Do not jump into or put your head under bathing water. The advisory was lifted for all areas excluding Lake Jackson on Saturday morning.
Body of missing Katy man, another driver found after 2 vehicles found in Freeport retention pond, police say
FREEPORT, Texas – Two bodies were found after officials discovered two vehicles submerged at a Freeport retention pond Thursday morning, according to law enforcement. At about 6:30 a.m., officials received reports of a submerged vehicle at a pond near the intersection of Highway 36 and South Brazozport Road. As crews pulled out the submerged vehicle, they found the body of 44-year-old David Ellison of Katy, Texas. Human remains were also found inside the vehicle, investigators said. Two vehicles were found submerged in a Freeport, Texas retention pond on Aug. 6, 2020.

Isaias had maximum sustained winds of 85 mph (135 kph) Saturday morning and some strengthening was possible, the U.S. National Hurricane Center in Miami said. On Thursday, while still a tropical storm, Isaias toppled trees, knocked out power, destroyed crops and caused widespread flooding and small landslides in the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico.

TS Humberto forecast to be hurricane Sunday
CNN Weather(CNN) - The Bahamas missed the brunt of Tropical Storm Humberto, which is expected to become a hurricane Sunday. Humberto is moving away from the Bahamas and is about 180 miles (290 km) northwest of Great Abaco Island and 165 miles (270 km) east of Cape Canaveral, Florida, according to the National Hurricane Center. The storm is slowly strengthening and is expected to become a hurricane on Sunday, said CNN Meteorologist Derek Van Dam. The storm is forecast to continue moving away from the Bahamas and remain well offshore of Florida's east coast through Wednesday, the center said. The islands did get some rain, Van Dam said, but did not get Humberto's full impact.
Tentative list of the missing in Bahamas has 2,500 names
An estimated 2,500 people are listed as missing in the Bahamas in Hurricane Dorians aftermath, the government said Wednesday. But it cautioned that the names had yet to be checked against the rosters of people evacuated from the devastated islands or staying in shelters. Carl Smith, a spokesman for the countrys National Emergency Management Agency, said he expected the list to shrink as the names are checked. He said the Bahamas would hold a national day of prayer, and named hurricane response coordinators for the two most-affected islands. While power has returned to much of Grand Bahama, Smith said the electrical infrastructure around Marsh Harbour, Abacos largest city, was destroyed.

The Grand Bahama International Airport has been devastated by the storm, along with much of the island where it's located. A walk through that same area on Wednesday exposed the scope of damage to the only international airport on the island. Officials at that time had not yet assessed the airport's international terminal, they told CNN. By Thursday, the Grand Bahama runway had been cleared of debris, residents told Oppmann, but it was still unclear when the airport would reopen.
