Deer Park beat Pasadena High handily 55-0 to keep pace for a playoff spot. The Deer are 4-0 in district play and face Pasadena Memorial next. Coach Austin Flynn's bunch will reach the postseason for the fourth season in a row. Check out the gallery from Andy Tolbert.
IN FOCUS: Dobie is running downhill to 6-0 record
The Dobie Longhorns are a problem. The 'Horns smashed Deer Park 41-21 to remain undefeated. RBs Trevion Williams and Johnathan Baldwin and QB Cameron Gray are three studs in the Dobie backfield. Dobie has Pasadena Memorial next week. The photos are provided by Andy Tolbert.

VYPE Football 2020 Preview: District 22-6A
But VYPE has still done what we have always done when it comes to previewing Texas high school football here in Houston. It's a new look for District 22-6A, thanks to February's bi-annual realignment. In short, it's open season in 22-6A, with no sure fire favorite for the district tile and playoff sports up for grabs. Junior QB Cameron Gray (902 yards, 11 TDs passing, 402 yards rushing, nine TDs) engineers Dobie's Wing-T offense. Senior LB Alexander Garcia (105 total tackles) and senior DE Gerard Joseph (8 sacks) pace a bigtime defense.
