2020 Preseason All-VYPE Private School Volleyball Team
Welcome to the 2020 volleyball season. What a weird offseason it was for everyone. No club tournaments to travel to, limited training available but what that means is everyone should be fresh for the 2020 campaign. Over the past few weeks VYPE has previewed 10 private school teams. So, now it is time to reveal the 2020 All-VYPE Private School team.
2020 Episcopal Volleyball Preview
VYPE previewed 10 private school teams in this year's VYPE Houston Volleyball Preview. Episcopal KnightsFor the second time in three years, Episcopal brought home the hardware. The Knights swept Episcopal School of Dallas for the SPC Championship in 2019 and finished the year 35-4. Episcopal returns Sania Petties (Mississippi State-commit), Bria Wooard (Texas A&M-commit), Cimone Woodward (Texas A&M), Morgan Perkins (Oklahoma-commit) and Hailey Black (Cal State-Fullerton-commit) as the headliners. Bria and Cimone led the team in kills last year with 242 and 200, respectively.

Tillie Claggett, John Cooper School, Golf and SwimmingTillie Claggett hasn't been in Texas long, but she's taken the Lone Star State's golf scene by story. The Canadian-born Claggett recently verballed to Vanderbilt University to play her college golf. Jaylen Wysinger, St. Pius X, BasketballThe St. Pius X guard is emerging as one of Houston's top playmakers. Maddox Kopp, St. Thomas, FootballSt. Thomas QB Maddox Kopp just hit the national scene. At 6-foot-5, Kopp looks the part of a pro-style QB and makes the Eagles the private school team to beat in 2020.
