HCSO searching for man who they say threatened Taco Bell employees in Cypress
CYPRESS, Texas โ The Harris County Sheriffโs Office is asking for the publicโs help in identifying a man who they say threatened employees at a Taco Bell in Cypress. Deputies said the man began to yell that the employees โshouldnโt do anything to his food.โThe manager tried to reason with the man, but deputies say he began to yell and threatened to beat up the manager. According to deputies, the manager escorted the man out of the restaurant and locked the doors. The man then took his shirt off and approached the drive-thru window and banged on the window with his fists and threatened to shoot the workers, deputies said. AdInvestigators need the publicโs help in identifying a male who threatened employees at a Taco Bell in the 17700 block of FM 529 in Cypress.
Showers push through the Houston area early Friday
HOUSTON โ Some areas saw some street ponding during the morning commute. The Office of Homeland and Emergency Management in Harris County put out alerts about possible street flooding in the Katy area. Some spots near Bear Creek at FM 529 and Highway 99 and Peek Road near 99 saw some ponding but it quickly drained. According to KPRC 2 meteorologists, rain showers are expected on and off over the next two days.
Drunk driving suspected in crash that left 3 dead, 2 injured in northwest Houston
HOUSTON โ Three people were killed and two others were injured in a major crash believed to involve speed and alcohol in northwest Houston. The two-vehicle crash occurred near the intersection of FM 529, also known as Spencer Road, and Fairview Street, according to the Harris County Sheriffโs Office. Traffic Investigators are on the scene of a major crash at 12239 FM 529 at Fairview. (He) kills three people in his own car and is going to potentially kill the driver of that truck," Teare said. The truck driver was in critical condition at last check.
