HOUSTON – Photos were released of a man accused of following another man to his vehicle and shot him to death in northwest Harris County, according to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office.

The shooting was reported on Sunday at 6:15 p.m. outside Primo’s Store, located at 14180 State Highway 249 N.

Deputies said 28-year-old Bryson Walton exited the store and began walking to his car. He apparently got into an argument with the suspect, approximately 25 years of age, on the sidewalk in front of the store.

Walton continued walking to his vehicle and the suspect followed along while speaking to Walton, deputies said. As the victim entered the driver’s side of the car, the suspect pulled out a handgun and shot into the vehicle, striking him.

EMS was called, but despite life-saving measures, he died on the scene, according to the HCSO.
