Houston – KPRC 2 Investigates recently shared stories of viewers who received abnormally high water bills. We talked with folks who got bills for thousands of dollars for water they say they didn’t use.
But contesting those water bills with the city of Houston can be difficult. So we showed you the steps to take to fight it.
Once you follow those steps, you’ll probably want to continue checking your water usage and ensure it’s accurate. KPRC 2 Investigates’ Amy Davis explains how to do this properly.
Although some folks may face abnormally high water bills, but for some Houstonians it’s normal. We looked at the data and found these zip codes have the most expensive water bills.
