Reportedly, Boris Avelle Lee, 23, and Jacques Gerald Blair, 25, were seen running through the apartment complex, carrying a large bag of marijuana, after they assaulted another man, deputies said.

One of the men was located by a patrol deputy, and after a brief foot chase, he was detained. The second man was later located in the same complex.
