MISSOURI CITY, Texas – A 14-year-old girl was shot in Sienna Plantation Thursday, authorities said.
The teenager was flown to a hospital around 6 p.m., authorities said.
The girl was shot on the left side of her body. She was listed in serious but stable condition, authorities said.
The circumstances behind the shooting at 10806 Cobblecreek Way were not immediately known, though it was reported as an accident.
A juvenile boy was taken in for questioning in connection with the shooting, authorities said.
As of Friday morning, no charges has been filed.
