Pearland restaurant celebrates big win at Rodeo Houston

Grazia Italian Kitchen took home the top prizes from the Rodeo Uncorked! Roundup and Best Bites Competition.

Their winning dish by Chef Steve Haug was a smoked beef short rib served over pancetta risotto, topped with a cilantro molasses glaze.

Grazia Italian Kitchen is owned by Adrian Hembree.

They won Best Entree and Best Bites Rookie Award.
