To try and kickstart healthy eating behaviors in their kids, many parents find themselves offering rewards or incentives to kids who keep eating, even if it's past the point of fullness. Incorporate healthy foods into things they already like: You can pair healthy foods with more delectable ones. Along with eating healthy foods, the AHA's dietary recommendations also suggest being physically active for at least 60 minutes per day.

Where you can drink, eat, stay and unwind in Fredericksburg
I spy the occasional shop offering T-shirts, fudge, and German beer steins, but altogether I find a more sophisticated Fredericksburg. Just a short drive from downtown Fredericksburg, wine tourists find more than 50 wineries and vineyards, and in Gillespie County alone, the count is nearly 30 wineries. As is the case at almost every tasting room in the world, guests have the option to try a flight of small pours. Main Street still buzzes with beer lovers, and Fredericksburg Brewing Company, which opened in 1994, has never been more popular. But my favorite galleries and shops take me off Main Street, southward along Lincoln Street.
