Tropical Storm Fiona:

Tropical Storm Fiona formed Wednesday night. It’s moving west toward the Leeward Islands and will be a potential flood threat for the Islands, Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic. This is not a threat for Texas with only one model, the Canadian, showing the storm moving into the Gulf of Mexico. Most likely the combination of the Bermuda high and a front along the east coast steers this north away from the Gulf.
