J.J. Watt, Adam Wexler make super-fan's dream a reality

HOUSTON – KPRC 2 sports reporter Adam Wexler helped a Texans J.J. Watt super-fan make her dream a reality Monday at the first day of Houston preseason training camp.

Wexler took a photo of Kimberly Cannon’s unique tattoo featuring the defensive end’s face, and queried Twitter: β€œShould we talk to this Texans fan coming up on KPRC2? Um, yes, of course.”

Cannon wanted Watt to sign her tattoo.

Watt retweeted KPRC’s tweet and eventually found Cannon in the crowd and signed her tattoo.

The Texans tweeted out the moment -- all inspired by Wexler’s original post.

On Tuesday, Cannon tattooed the signature directly onto her arm. Her brother-in-law is a tattoo artist and completed the design.

Cannon spoke to Click2Houston when she originally got the tattoo.Β
