HOUSTON – A woman was injured Friday after being hit by a Spring Branch Independent School District bus in west Houston, police say.
The woman was walking around 5:30 a.m. in the 1000 block of Gessner when she was hit, police said.

She was taken to a hospital with leg injuries.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
