KATY, Texas – Two women have been arrested and charged for illegal prostitution at a massage establishment in North Harris County.
Zhuyu Jiang and Lanyu Bian were arrested Wednesday night for soliciting sex acts to customers at QQ Spa at the 4900 block of FM 2920.

After receiving complaints of possible prostitution, investigators posed as customers and were “solicited for sex acts by both females,” according to Constable Mark Herman’s office.
Investigators found that QQ Spa was operating without a massage establishment license and both female employees were unlicensed massage therapists.
There was no indication that either females were being trafficked.
Jiang and Bian were charged with prostitution and booked into the Harris County Jail. Both Jiang’s and Bian’s bond was set for $500. Charges are being sought for the owner of the QQ Spa as well.
