Sketch released of man wanted in murder investigation

HOUSTON – Houston police Tuesday released a sketch of a man wanted in a murder investigation.

On Jan. 11, around 4:30 p.m., police said a man shot a person in the 4500 block of Kilkenny Drive, near Cullen Boulevard in southeast Houston.

The man was shot once in the neck and the shooter left the scene on foot.

The man later died from the gunshot wound.

The shooter is described as black, about 18 to 22 years old, about 6 feet 2 inches tall, thin build, has brown eyes and was wearing a hoodie at the time of the shooting.

Crime Stoppers will pay a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the charging and/or arrest of the man in this case.
