HOUSTON – A man was shot and killed Sunday morning in midtown, Houston police said.
The shooting was reported around 8 a.m. at 1098 Webster St., at Fannin Street.

When officers arrived they found the man, who was taken to a hospital where he later died, police said.
Police believe the shooting may have stemmed from a verbal argument.
The victim’s identity has not been released.
Police said they are reviewing surveillance cameras in the area in hopes of identifying a suspect.
