MONTGOMERY, Ala. – A 44-year-old man was charged with sexual assault of a child, distribution of video depicting the assault, criminal sexual conduct and other potential charges, according to reports.
Germaine Moore was charged in connection with a child-porn video that was circulated on social media.

Moore turned himself in early Tuesday morning. He was booked into the Elmore County Jail without incident, the police department said.
The victim was located and is safe, the department said.
The investigation is ongoing.
