Have you seen them? Hooded suspects ambush convenience store, steal vapes, cigarettes and money in SE Houston

HOUSTON – The Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division is searching for suspects who are responsible for robbing a southeast Houston convenience store at gunpoint.

On Monday, October 9 at around 11 p.m., four men entered a convenience store located in the 6100 block of Long Drive.

One of the men entered the store armed with a handgun while the other suspects reportedly demanded vapes and cigarettes from the store employee. The men also forced the employee to open the cash register and safe, then removed the money. The suspects fled the location in a white Kia Soul.

Although a license plate number was recovered from the suspects’ vehicle, detectives said they are still trying to identify the group of men.

The suspects’ descriptions are as follows:

Suspect #1: Man wearing a grey Nike Hoodie over his head, black pants and black shoes.

Suspect #2: Man wearing a peach-colored hoodie (colorful design on front), black Nike shorts, white shoes, and a gray undershirt.

Suspect #3: Man wearing a black hoodie, gray pants and black shoes.

Suspect #4: Man wearing a black hoodie, blue jeans, black Crocs-style sandals. He was carrying a blue bag pack and wearing a black facial covering.

Suspect #5: His description is unknown but police said he stayed in the vehicle and drove away once the suspects got back in the vehicle.
