HOUSTON – Houston Police Department and Houston Independent School District officers set up a perimeter Tuesday around the construction site at Booker T. Washington High School.
Someone called police around 2:15 a.m. to report that a man was trespassing in the 4200 block of Yale street near East 42nd Street.
