HOUSTON – Houston police said a man was shot to death Sunday morning in northeast Houston.
Detectives said the shooting happened around midnight at a storage unit in the 15100 block of Lee Road.
Police said a man was shot to death in the garage portion of his storage unit. Police said it appears the man was attempting to leave when he was shot. Based on the shell casings, detectives said they believe at least one rifle and one pistol were fired. Police said they think three people were involved in the shooting.
The men left the scene in the victim's work truck, which was found near the shooting scene.
The victim's identity has not been revealed.
