Deputies investigating possible road rage shooting in NW Harris County

Shooting from possible road rage incident

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – Sheriff's deputies are investigating a shooting in northwest Harris County that may have been a result of road rage.

The Sheriff's Office said just around midnight, two motorists got into some sort of heated exchange along Veterans Memorial Boulevard that ended up in a Burger King parking lot.

One of the drivers pulled out a gun, shot the other driver several times, then took off, according to the Sheriff's Office. 

The wounded driver is in the hospital in stable condition.
