SPLENDORA, Texas – A man is charged after being accused of exposing himself at a gas station in Splendora, police said.
Mario Javier has been charged with indecent exposure.
Splendora police said an officer was called to a Chevron station located at the intersection of Farm to Market Road 2090 and U.S. Highway 59, for a person who was driving around the parking lot. Police said Javier was approached by another person, and he was seen exposing his genitals.
He was later identified and, after being arrested, admitted to the act, police said.
