HOUSTON – Authorities in the Bellaire area are issuing a warning after a man was seen on surveillance video attempting to break into vehicles on Friday around 5 a.m.
The man was seen attempting to open vehicle doors in the 4600 block of Spruce Street.
He was seen arriving and leaving in a silver or white car.
The Bellaire Police Department is reminding residents to lock their vehicles and houses at night to deter thieves who randomly check to see if doors are locked.
