Ketner, 52, failed to stop and attempted to evade deputies for 20 miles, according to authorities.

Deputies said the vehicle came to a stop after they deployed spike strips and disabled Ketner's vehicle.

Ketner then attempted to run on foot in the 4000 block of Pinecrest, deputies said.

Deputies said they used a Taser and were able to take Ketner into custody.

“The defendant, Sammy Ketner, was taken into custody and charged with felony evading in a motor vehicle before being booked into the Harris County Jail. A bond of $10,000 has been set out of the 180th Criminal District Court,” Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman said.
