A man and a woman were injured around 10p.m. Wednesday night when someone shot them in front of a southwest Houston store.
Police said a white Dodge vehicle pulled into the parking lot of Sunny's Food Store on South Dairy Ashford Road near Brookglade Circle.
Someone inside the vehicle stuck a gun out of the window and opened fire, police said. They said a man and a woman standing together in front of the store were struck.
The man was shot in the leg, and the woman was shot in the buttocks, police said.
Both victims were taken to a hospital in stable condition.
The shooter left the scene.
Police are searching for the vehicle.
