Fire damages home in southwest Houston

Firefighters investigate possible arson

HOUSTON – Houston firefighters are investigating whether someone set a vacant house on fire.

FIrefighters were called around 9:30 p.m.Tuesday to North Braeswood at the West Loop in southwest Houston. They put out the flames quickly. 

No one was hurt.

The same house caught fire last week, firefighters said. Another house caught fire in the same neighborhood a few weeks ago, firefighters said.

Arson investigators are examining the latest fire.
