HOUSTON – A shootout at a game room in southwest Houston Wednesday left a security guard with a gunshot wound to the leg and two gunman on the run, Houston Police said.
The shootout took place at a game room located at the 9300 block of Richmond Avenue at around 7:30 p.m., according to police.
Investigators said two men walked into the facility with intentions of robbing the business. A security guard stopped them, officials said.
Witnesses told KPRC2 they heard three to four gunshots. It was unclear whether the security guard fired in return.
Investigators said the business has multiple surveillance cameras. They plan to review video to get an image of both gunman.
