HOUSTON – Who's in the mood for some delicious buttermilk pancakes? How about if we told you that you could get some for just $1? Get in your car and find the nearest IHOP, because it is $1 Short Stack Day and it's all for a good cause.

IHOP is offering a short stack of pancakes for $1 to help end child hunger. Each $1 will be donated to No Kid Hungry.

And who says you can only eat pancakes for breakfast? $1 Short Stack Day lasts until 7 p.m., so grab some flapjacks for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

IHOP's goal is to serve one million pancakes in one day.

According to No Kid Hungry, one in five children struggles with hunger in America. The No Kid Hungry campaign connects children in need with nutritious food and teaches families how to cook healthy, affordable meals.
