HOUSTON – Police are looking for a man caught stealing electrical coiling in east Houston.
According to police, an officer saw a man pulling wiring at the back of an abandoned building in the 900 block of South Wayside.

Police said the man got away and his getaway driver sped off.
The driver was arrested after crashing on Dixie, police said.
