DICKINSON, Texas – Police said an 11-year-old boy who went missing Monday afternoon in the Dickinson area has been found safe.
Nathaniel Tarver-Lockett, who goes by the name of Nate, was last seen earlier Monday attending school at Dunbar Middle School in the 2900 block of 23rd Street in Dickinson.

School officials said video from the bus showed that Lockett did not get on his bus when classes were dismissed at 2:30 p.m.
Shortly before 7 p.m., police said Lockett was found safe. Police said Lockett was found asleep in a classroom during a search of the school.
He is currently being reunited with his parents, police said.
