HOUSTON – Trending today on Facebook is a photo taken at Joe Biden's annual holiday party.
In a photograph taken with The Hill's White House correspondent Amie Parnes, Vice President Joe Biden can be seen with his hands high on the reporter's waist and Parnes with her hands on top of Biden's.
Some outlets are saying it's inappropriate , while others are defending the the Vice President. NBC's Today Show discussed it this morning.
