A person has been shot in the Trinity-Houston Gardens neighborhood in northeast Houston.
The person was shot at 5131 Weaver Road, a home at the corner of the Weaver Road-Peachtree Street intersection. Houston PD received a call reporting the shooting Saturday afternoon at 3:30 p.m.

The lone victim has been transported to a local hospital. There is currently no available information on the victim’s identity or condition, or what might have caused the gunfire.
