Man who ran across Minute Maid Park during World Series appears in court

HOUSTON – A man who ran across Minute Maid Parking during Game 5 of World Series appeared in court Monday after being charged with trespassing.

Youtube prankster Vitaly Zdorovetskiy, 25, was charged after he sprinted across the field, wearing a baseball cap, American flag shorts, socks and black shoes.

Zdorovetskiy was tackled by security after being chased around for a couple of seconds. He is known on Youtube as a prankster and has over 9 million subscribers.

These stunts are nothing new for Zdorovetskiy, as he has ran across multiple fields in the past, such as the World Cup, Super Bowl and NBA, and now he can check off the World Series. He said he decided to fly in two days before the game to do it.

Zdorovetskiy said he's done with the antics after paying $30,000 in fines.

He faces up to a maximum $2,000 fine or up to  six months in jail.

Zdorovetskiy is banned from Minute Maid Park, and his next court appearance will in December.
