Windy and chilly Wednesday morning

Wednesday morning will start with a 20-degree temperature drop with temps in the 40s. Jackets will be a must for a chilly and windy day.  

Brisk north winds will keep southeast Texas cool, in the low to mid-60s Wednesday afternoon. 

Temperatures are expected to warm up by Friday with temps in the 80s all weekend.
