May experience isolated thunderstorms late tonight into the MLK Holiday. Rain and storm chances increase to the 50s for most of the day on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
The Monday/Tuesday time period could produce chances of street flooding. No freezing temps in the forecast for the next 10 days but temps will drop to seasonal lows in the 40s and highs in the 60s by NEXT Monday and Tuesday.
