Warm Sunday with increasing rain chances

Continued warm conditions continue this Sunday and will be in place all week.

Increasing shower chances today up from 20 to 30% for much of the day as streamer showers from time to time will be an inconvenience.

Starting the day MUCH warmer than normal with temps in the mid 60s, expected to reach a high in the mid 70s. Both temps are 20 and 10 degrees above seasonal norms.

May experience isolated thunderstorms late tonight into the MLK Holiday. Rain and storm chances increase to the 50s for most of the day on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Ā

The Monday/Tuesday time period could produce chances of street flooding. No freezing temps in the forecast for the next 10 days but temps will drop to seasonal lows in the 40s and highs in the 60s by NEXT Monday and Tuesday.
