For the San Antonio Christian School Lady Lions Soccer team, it has been a six year streak of making an appearance in the State Final-Four round of Playoffs. Four of which, the Lions either won a championship or advanced to the finals. The Lady Lions team is sure to make its mark in TAPPS Division I this year. Another State appearance is the goal, and the the seniors hope to lead the girls in making that possible. You will find Sydney Potts in goal, with Mattie Carter, Brooke Spencer, Jennie Stephenson and Audrey Burchett helping lead the team on the field.

Morgan has been with the Lions the past two State Championship years, and is looking to help lead the Lions to another title this February. We will be excited to watch Louis pursue his last State Championship this coming spring. Abigail's brother is also on the High Point University Track & Field team, and the duo will be back together again. Abigail was a huge contributor to the State Runner-up title in 2018, and even more so on the State Championship team in 2019. The VYPE Media team traveled out to San Antonio Christian earlier this year and sat down with the Cheer team to talk about the year, the challenges they needed to overcome and goals for the season. Despite no spectators being allowed, a four-team round-robin classic was anything but boring this past Saturday at San Antonio Christian School. All four teams were represented at the TAPPS final four in 2019. Gerlich is starting her fourth season at SACS and each year has earned a berth to the TAPPS final four. The Holy Cross of San Antonio Knights have been to the TAPPS final four in four out of the last five years.
