Martin Shkreli ordered to return $64M, barred from drug industry
A federal judge has ordered Martin Shkreli to return $64.6 million in profits he and his company reaped from inflating the price of the life-saving drug Daraprim and barred him from participating in the pharmaceutical industry for the rest of his life.

Prosecutors said that, as of Jan. 6, there were no positive cases in Shkreliโs housing unit. Shkreli, who was ordered to forfeit $7.3 million as part of his sentence, is due to be released from prison in September 2023. He is also known for attacking critics on social media and offering a bounty to anyone who could give him one of Hillary Clintonโs hairs.
