HOUSTON - One of the many incredible stories from the UIL State Football Championships was Katy Paetow.
The Panthers steamrolled through the 2021 playoffs to get to AT&T Stadium and then won an instant-classic beating College Station 27-24 for the program's first-ever state championship.
