HOUSTON – The Houston Astros have the best record in baseball and heading into Monday's game with the Minnesota Twins, they held a ten-game lead in their division.
The team has gotten contributions up and down the lineup all throughout the season in producing the best start in franchise history.
Outfielder Jake Marisnick is among the players that have been integral in the start.
Adam Wexler sat down for a one-on-one interview with Marisnick during the Astros recently completed 10-game homestand.
Marisnick already has six home runs this season in only 65 at-bats. Last season he hit only five home runs all season in 287 at-bats.
He revamped his swing over the offseason, taking a leap of faith, that he could make improvements with his offense.
Marisnick is already considered one of the premier defensive outfielders in baseball.
