HOUSTON - Investigators are trying to figure out how an elderly man died after he crashed his vehicle in northwest Houston.

According to the Houston Police Department, the man was driving his Toyota Camry Thursday night down Hempstead Highway when he suddenly swerved to the right and drove into a ditch near Gessner Road.
