Houston ranked 4th coolest city in America by Forbes

HOUSTON – Even on one of the hottest days of the year Houston is still a pretty cool city.

In fact, Forbes has ranked the Bayou City as the fourth coolest city in America. Washington, D.C. topped the list, followed by Seattle and Austin. Dallas was  10th and San Antonio 15th.

Houston ranks high when it comes to art and culture, thanks to the amazing theater and museum districts. Space City also scored in the recreation area, which is no surprise since so many Houstonians are eager to get outside and run, bike or play at all our parks.

Diversity of people and food options also bumped Houston up on the list.

H-town was ranked No. 1 by Forbes in 2012.
