HOUSTON – A jailer at the Harris County Juvenile Justice Center has been accused of sexually assaulting a child inside the jail.
According to the Harris County District Attorney's office, Robert Emerson Robinson coerced a girl, 15, into having sex with him by offering her candy.

The alleged rape happened in May 2012, investigators said.
Robinson has been charged with sexual assault of a child.
