Couple says loud sex in apartment complex prompted neighbors to pull gun on them, Houston police say

Police said the couple claims Treasure Joann Bibbs, Alexis Zachkaria Davis also threatened to kill them and their kids

HOUSTON – Police said a couple claims two women pointed a gun at them and threatened to kill them and their children over the couple “making too much noise during sex,” Houston police said Tuesday.

The incident happened on Monday at 6:50 a.m. in the 1300 block of Greens Parkway, Houston Police Department public information officer Jodi Silva told KPRC 2.

There are two suspects in this case: Treasure Joann Bibbs, 21, and Alexis Zachkaria Davis, 25.

Police said both women were yelling at the couple and are now both charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Police said both women had the gun at one point or another.

The couple said the suspects were angry over the couple making too much noise during sex. Police said the couple claimed the women have also left notes on the couple’s door threatening to kill them and their children over the noise.
