Mayor Turner to announces plans for 2023 Tour de Houston

HOUSTON – Mayor Sylvester Turner and Apache Corporation announced plans for the city’s annual bike ride, Tour de Houston presented by Apache Corporation, on Wednesday at City Hall.

The 16th annual bike ride will offer Houstonians and others a unique way to view the city with routes winding through Houston communities, scenic districts and parks while raising funds for the city’s Re-Plant Houston Program managed by the Houston Parks and Recreation Department.

With three ride length options, the Tour de Houston is the perfect event for leisure riders or cycling enthusiasts.

Starting and ending at City Hall, the ride will take place Sunday, Feb. 26.

The Mayor’s Office of Special Events is planning for an estimated 5,000 riders this year. To register for the event, click here.
