How a young entrepreneur took a shot at reducing the risk of injuries for women basketball players

Natalie White grew up playing basketball in New York City, but like most female players - she was frustrated by the lack of sneakers designed specifically for women.

So she decided to invent her own.

Moolah Kicks, founded by White, is the first women’s basketball brand designed by - and built exclusively for - female ballers.

KPRC 2 News Today spoke with White about how her line of shoes can not only reduce the chance of injuries, but also enhance performance for female athletes. Watch the interview in the video player above.
