HOUSTON – Houston police and the investigators with Harris County District Attorney’s office division of vehicular crimes say an older adult female is dead after her vehicle went off the highway at Southwest Freeway and McGowen on Wednesday.

The woman was driving towards Hamilton Avenue where she collided with another vehicle driving eastbound towards Pierce. Police say the woman’s vehicle went over the barrier and fell onto the southbound lanes of the Southwest Freeway.
