Galleria opens 2-level wing featuring 35 new retailers, several restaurants

HOUSTON –

The Galleria is getting bigger.

It recently opened the newly transformed Galleria VI wing to the public.

The two-level wing, anchored by Saks Fifth Avenue, has several new restaurants, including as Nobu, Fig & Olive and Spice Route.

There are also 35 new stores, including Ted Baker, Lacoste, St. John and Cole Haan.

The new wing is part of a comprehensive renovation of the Galleria that which began in 2015.

Since then, enhancements such as new flooring, better lighting, softer seating and lush landscaping have been made throughout the shopping center.

Also included in the renovation project is the addition of a luxury hotel and residential building.
