HOUSTON – Nine students were rushed to a hospital after their school bus was involved in a wreck on Wednesday.
Aldine Independent School District officials said one of the district's buses was hit by a pickup truck at the intersection of F.M. 1960 and West Hardy about 4:20 p.m.
There were 29 students from Parker Intermediate on the bus, officials said. Nine of them were taken to Houston Northwest Medical Center for treatment for minor injuries.
The cause of the wreck is under investigation. Investigators have not yet determined which driver was at fault.
