HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – Harris County Precinct 5 Deputies are cracking down on toll violators, according to a Facebook post by the department.
According to the post, deputies found a mannequin in the front passenger seat of a vehicle in the HOV lane.

The post says the mannequin saved the driver $3.20 in tolls, but will cost her "a day of work for court and up to $150 in legal fines."
