A 42-year-old man was charged with online solicitation of a 14-year-old girl after planning to have sex with the child and sending explicit photos and videos through an app, officials said.
Joe George Zachary, who is married and has two step-children, was charged with online solicitation of a minor, which is a second-degree felony, after setting up a date to engage in sexual acts with someone he believed to be 14 years old, officials said.

Investigators said Zachary communicated and sent explicit photos and videos to an undercover cop on a social media app.
Investigators said Zachary arrived to a place at 8:45 a.m. to meet with someone who he believed to be a minor, but instead was met with handcuffs.
He is being held at the Harris County Jail.
